How to Join and how much will it cost.

How can I join.

Joining is simple and is open to anybody holding a full driving licence, the joining fee is £130 for a full lifetime riding membership.After payment has been processed you will receive a riding number which will identify you while you remain a member.This number is imprinted on your membership card which will give you entry to any of our events subject to numbers entered on a first come first served basis.
For clarification this means that we can only allocate spaces to members on receipt of payment for any event which at present is likely to be £100 per day.
You must complete our simple entry form to confirm your intention to ride at the event including what you expect to ride because the details on the form are important regarding your entry and your results.
This form together with your event payment of £100 represents your confirmation that you will attend on the day,if for any reason you do not attend we reserve the right to still charge you the cost of the event.
No form no entry,and we will be following this rule strictly this year.

The reason for the £130 joining fee is to provide funds to guarantee the viability of any event if the membership decide not to attend for whatever reason, none of the money is to be expended in administration and the membership will determine exactly how the funds will be expended in future years, depending on the level of interest an annual subscription may be set for 2011, if the membership approves, to provide additional services, but you must appreciate we need to start from somewhere.
For our records we require your full name address,date of birth and a contact phone number.
You will receive a set of "dog tags"with your name,date of birth and racing number with your membership package.

Because of the nature of the active airfields we will be using as venues general spectators are not allowed other than Elvington where you will be charged an entry fee by the event organiser normally £10
For members family and support crew we will offer an associate members card at a one off cost of £10 which will give the necessary security clearance,this too is on a lifetime basis and is upgradeable to full riding membership on payment of the balance of £120 if they decide to have a go themselves.
A full riding membership will also give you access to the venues if you just want to spectate on the day and not ride for any reason again you must pre book by the specified date so you can be included on the list that will be submitted to the base security.

You can pay cash to any of the officials listed or funds directly in to our bank account from your bank,just Email ken with your details and what you are paying and we will supply the account numbers.
